Caterina Orlando is specialized in Intellectual Property law, advertising law and unfair competition matters.
After graduating with honors in 2013 she attended the Master in the Intellectual Property Law (MDPI) organized by the Just Legal Services school.
Before joining Franzosi Dal Negro Setti in 2013, she worked for the Intellectual Property Department of a primary international law firm.
Caterina assists clients both in litigation and in consultancy on issues related to trade marks, patents, domain names, design, unfair competition, know-how, and copyright.
She handles cases for well-known both national and multinational companies in fashion, mechanics, food and pharmaceuticals.
She also assists clients before the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office), the Advertising Authority (Giurì dell’Istituto di Autodisciplina Pubblicitaria) and in domain name dispute resolution proceedings.
