Ombretta Fabe Dal Negro is founding partner at Avvocati Associati Dal Negro Setti and head of the corporate and business law department of the firm. Her professional expertise embraces different areas such as: EC and international law, business law, bankruptcy law, M&A, entertainment law. As far as business law is concerned, Ombretta successfully carries our cases relating to contract drafting, competition, corporate law and commercial relationships in general for national and international companies. She also assisted clients in proceedings before the European Court of Justice and Antitrust Authority concerning M&A operations and misleading advertising.

Due to her extended experience in bankruptcy law matters, Ombretta was appointed by the Bankruptcy cases Division of the Court of Milan as commissioner in actions for executives’ and statutory auditors’ liability.

Ombretta is also advisor of Extraordinary Commissioners of important companies in crisis both as a consultant for the proceedings in the phase of enforcement of the program of asset liquidation and as a defendant in litigations filed by the Commissioners. She also has a considerable experience as a consultant in the acquisition of companies subject to bankruptcy proceedings and of those subject to special administration.

Ombretta Fabe Dal Negro has wide expertise on business law and corporate law issues developed while assisting clients in China.

The wide scope of the professional activity of Ombretta includes also being a speaker at conferences on business and international law in Italy and abroad.

Ombretta Fabe Dal Negro is author of legal papers in the field of international and entertainment law, she is arbiter within CIETAC (Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission) and she is a member of Lombardy Division Council of AISA (Association of Businesswomen and Women CEOs) as well as member of the Board of ABL (Alliance of Business Lawyers). She is member of IBA (International Bar Association).

The Beyond International and Heidrick & Struggles issued a certificate for Ombretta’s CV, including the same among ‘1000 excellent curricula for the law on quotas for women in the Boards of Directors.
