Labor law and Industrial Relations
His previous professional experience consists of being a prominent member of a primary international law firm in Milan, secondment in an important international law firm in London, founding partner and manager of a Milan-based independent law firm.
Piercarlo has wide experience in the field of labor law and industrial relations and he offers consulting and legal support for companies, groups of companies, executives or managers.
His activity in labor law comprises evaluation and managing of the phase preceding litigation, assisting clients in litigation relating to employment, self-employment and pseudo self-employment issues as well as consulting in the following matters:
- contracts (negotiation and drafting of individual employment agreements, self-employment or pseudo self-employment agreements, agreements with trade unions, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, as well as agreements concerning intellectual property rights developed with reference to employment relationships, analysis and assistance with drafting of incentive plans, stock options, stock grants, etc.);
- evaluation of labor aspects of extraordinary operations, company restructuring, reallocation, subcontracting (including the use of social shock absorbers, layoffs, worker mobility, trade union agreements, collective staff reductions);
- analysis and organization of human resources and industrial relations;
- constructing and organizing of commercial networks.
Piercarlo is member of AGI (Association of Italian Labor Lawyers) and of EELA (European Employment Law Association).
