Franzosi Dal Negro Setti appoints Franco Guariglia equity partner

Joining the firm as Of Counsel in October 2021, Franco will continue to work in the Corporate & Business Law department. With this appointment, the firm expands its expertise in the agribusiness sector and in matters closely related to the corporate world. 

Formerly Chief Legal Corporate and Compliance Officer of a well-known food group for a long time, Franco dealt with M&A issues, civil and commercial law, food and advertising law, intellectual property, antitrust, compliance and corporate liability, also gaining significant experience in International Trade Law.
