Intellectual and industrial property
Renoldi, formerly Professor at the Bocconi University of Milan and later Pro-rector of the University of Bergamo, is Full Professor Emeritus at the same university.
He is the author of numerous researches in the field of Business Economics, focusing, among others, on the creation of shareholder value, the measurement of corporate economic capital, the valuation of intangible assets and Intellectual Property.
In particular, Renoldi is recognized as one of the leading experts in the estimation of economic damages from patent infringement and know-how violation, topics on which he is the author of one of the most important monographs in the field. Professor Renoldi's joining Franzosi consolidates and enriches the Firm's expertise in the management of patent litigation for the profiles of estimation and liquidated damages, today an indispensable element of litigation in the industrial field.
"I strongly believe in this new and synergistic collaboration as Of Counsel of Franzosi Dal Negro Setti, whose competence and seriousness I have always appreciated. Protective interventions and litigation, in the industrial field, are increasingly "core" moments for an effective management of the company and the sustainability of its value." comments Renoldi.
