Gabriella Muscolo at Trier talking about most actual competition law topics.

On 9 and 10 December ERA launched its annual competition conference series in Trier. 

Gabriella Muscolo, partner of the firm and head of its Antitrust department, as well as a member of the Board of Trustees of ERA, moderated the afternoon session on Thursday, devoted to the highly topical subjects of artificial intelligence, asymmetric regulation of platforms and developments in the pharmaceutical sector. 

Furthermore, on Friday morning she spoke  on procedural innovations in public and private enforcement of competition rules. 

The conference addressed the hottest issues in the antitrust debate  combining the scientific insight combined with a pragmatic approach.

Speakers at the conference included representatives of the European Commission, national competition authorities, European and national courts, as well as renowned academics, specialised law firms and leading companies from various sectors.
