Desk Cina
Giulia, Senior Associate of the firm, will chair the desk as part of a secondment program with the prestigious international law firm King & Wood Mallesons.
In this role, she will oversee business development activities and continue to support clients in intellectual property matters, thereby strengthening the firm's presence in the country.
Ombretta Fabe Dal Negro and Federica Santonocito, founders of the desk, stated: "With our Shanghai office, we were among the pioneering Italian IP boutique law firms to start operating in China. For decades, through the China Desk, we have been providing assistance to Italian and European companies requiring support on Chinese territory for start-ups and consolidated businesses, protection against counterfeiting, and all issues related to intellectual property. Today, more than ever, we consider the dialogue between Italy and China on intellectual property matters crucial.
With Giulia leading the China Desk, we will continue to focus on this important market."
