Stefano Giberti, former Global General Counsel of GE, joins Franzosi Dal Negro Setti.

Stefano Giberti has a long experience in the Life Sciences & Healthcare world at national and international level where he has held various roles until becoming Global General Counsel first of the Life Sciences division and then of the Pharmaceutical Diagnostics division of GE.  

Thanks to his professional history, he has a deep knowledge of various sectors: from pharmaceuticals, medical devices, bioprocessing, biotechnology, cellular and genomic therapies. 

He has managed an international legal team of 15 people. He has been a member of global leadership teams and an advisor to the CEO in strategic and business development decisions. He has gained significant experience both domestically and internationally in M&A, corporate governance, compliance, investigations under legislative decree 231/2001 and FCPA and antitrust, representing the company also before the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC).

He is joined by Francesca Romana Correnti as Of Counsel and Erica Benigni as associate. 

Giberti's arrival is part of the firm's development strategy, which includes both the consolidation of its historical areas and the desire to build solid foundations for development in other sectors of the Life Sciences sector, such as medical devices, cosmetics, food supplements and nutraceuticals.
