Ombretta Fabe Dal Negro riconfermata arbitro e mediatore dello SHIAC fino al 2026

E’ con piacere che comunichiamo che l’avvocato Ombretta Fabe Dal Negro è stata riconfermata, fino ad aprile 2026, arbitro e mediatore del nuovo panel dello Shiac, Shangai International Arbitration Center. Ombretta, già responsabile del Desk China dello studio ha una lunga esperienza nel supportare le aziende italiane ed europee che vogliono operare in Cina.

Le sue competenze vanno dalla consulenza e assistenza per la definizione di accordi commerciali, la creazione di nuove attività, la creazione di joint-venture, l’ottenimento di licenze, la contrattualistica in generale e la gestione delle relazioni istituzionali.
