Carolina performs judicial and extrajudicial activities in the areas of civil, commercial and corporate law. She assists Italian and foreign companies in relation to all matters related to business management, as well as individuals in matters of succession, family and status of persons.Carolina performs well in teamwork, and possesses strong organizational and problem solving skills.In 2018 she began collaborating with Franzosi Dal Negro Setti, after practising law at one of the largest multi-practice firms in Italy.While studying for a PhD at the University of Milan, she gained academic experience in the field of civil procedural law and internal and international arbitration law. Member of the Italian Association of Civil Process Scholars, Carolina is a speaker at seminars, university lectures and national and international conferences. She is author of contributions published in legal journals and has participated, as an arbitrator, in several editions of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot.In 2014 Carolina graduated in Law from the University of Milan with a grade of 110/110 cum laude with a thesis on Civil Procedural Law entitled "The Rules of Jurisdiction".In 2017 she enrolled at the Bar Association of Milan.In 2018 she obtained her PhD - curriculum in Civil Procedure Law - at the University of Milan with a thesis entitled "Arbitration agreement and conflict between arbitrators and ordinary judge".Languages
