Giulia deals with judicial and extrajudicial activities in the field of industrial and intellectual property. In particular, she is dedicated to the drafting of deeds and opinions on trademarks, patents, design, trade secrets, unfair competition and copyright, as well as sector contracts. Giulia is strongly motivated and possesses a strong aptitude for teamwork. Since January 2019 she has been collaborating with Franzosi Dal Negro Setti.In 2018 Giulia did a training internship at the Specialized Section in Enterprise A of the Court of Milan.She collaborates with the department in the teaching of IP training courses. She is author and co-author of articles published in EIPR (European Intellectual Property Review). She has been part of the support and consulting team for the Worth Partnership Project, an initiative of the COSME program of the European Union that promotes the development of innovative products in the design and fashion sectors. She is part of the Artificial Intelligence Study Team and gave a speech in 2019 entitled "The protection of computer generated inventions" at the seminar "The future scenario of IP professionals in the light of the evolution of Artificial Intelligence". She is a member of AIPPI (International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property) and a member of the Copyright Study Group. She is a member of LES (Licensing Executives Society) Italy. In 2017 Giulia graduated in Law from the University of Brescia with a thesis entitled: "Patent protection in the pharmaceutical sector" with a focus on secondary medical use. Languages
