Michele deals with judicial and extra-judicial activities in the field of industrial and intellectual property, with experience in assistance in litigation before ordinary judicial authorities and administrative bodies, both at national and European level, in the field of trademarks, patents for invention, utility models, design, copyright and related rights, protection of trade secrets and unfair competition, as well as in drafting opinions and sector contracts.Michele has a strong aptitude for teamwork, mutual comparison, problem solving and the study of the main legal issues in the sector.He joined Franzosi Dal Negro Setti in December 2016.Michele is author of scientific papers published in the main legal journals of the sector and collaborates with the Chair of Industrial Law and Copyright of the University of Milan. He also lectures in courses, conferences and seminars on industrial and intellectual property. He represented the Firm, together with other young colleagues, at the UPC mock trial held in Brussels at the annual Young EPLAW meeting in 2018.Michele graduated in 2016 summa cum laude and won the prize in memory of Prof. Paola A.E. Frassi for best graduates in industrial law at the University of Milan.Also in 2016 Michele participated in the Summer School on Intellectual Property - WIPO at WIPO, Academy and Facultè de droit, Universitè de Gènevè, Geneva.In 2015 he was part of the Summer Law Institute on SICCEP and IP-CHINA, organized by GLAWcal in partnership with several Italian and foreign universities - Peking University School of Government, Beijing.Languages:
