Erica advises both Italian and foreign clients on legal matters relating to the pharmaceutical, medical devices, telemedicine and all other areas of Life Sciences. In particular, she provides advice, drafting of opinions and drafting and reviewing of contracts with pharmaceutical companies. In the course of her work, Erica has also studied in depth the profiles relating to the protection of personal data in the Life Sciences field, with particular regard to the processing of health and genetic data in clinical trials.Erica's main qualities are accuracy, teamwork, good interpersonal skills and problem solving.In 2022 he joined Franzosi Dal Negro Setti, in the Life Sciences department. Previously, Erica worked for more than three years as an Associate with the law firm Portolano Cavallo, focusing on life sciences, healthcare data protection and compliance matters. In 2018, Erica graduated cum laude in law at the University of Trento, European and transnational comparative pathway, with an interdisciplinary thesis entitled "Access to high-cost innovative drugs: between right to health and sustainability of the National Health Service", with supervisor C.
