Sarah deals with legal, judicial and extra-judicial consultancy in the areas of pharmaceutical law, civil and commercial law, dealing with, in particular, legal issues related to pharmaceutical companies and carrying out secondment programs within the same companies. She also assists clients in drafting opinions, negotiating and drafting contracts related to the business activity. In the course of her activities, she has also deepened her knowledge of competition, antitrust and data protection issues.Sarah has strong interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills and works well in team situations.She joined Franzosi Dal Negro Setti in 2001.In 2001 she graduated in Law from the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna.Since 2006 she has been enrolled in the Albo degli Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano.Languages:
